We do not accept returns as all sales are final. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the issue and contact us at info@seasideretro.com. We’re happy to assist and resolve any concerns promptly.

FURNITURE:
Our furniture is crafted to last a lifetime using the highest quality materials available. We proudly offer a 5-year standard warranty. If your product experiences any physical failure, please contact us, and we will repair it.
This warranty does not cover everyday wear and tear, or damage caused by customer-created stains, scratches, or dents. Should your furniture develop scratches, stains, breaks, or dents over time, we’re happy to provide a repair quote. (Please note: repair services are currently available locally only.)

GLASS LIGHTING:
We warrant our glass lighting products to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. Should an issue arise during this period, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
Please note:
- Costs for removal, reinstallation, and shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Seaside Retro is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation, maintenance, or operation.
- Using unapproved parts to repair the product will void the warranty.
- The warranty does not cover wood or fabric fading caused by negligence or excessive exposure to direct sunlight or moisture, unless explicitly designed for such environments.

- Seaside Retro is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation.
- All sculpture and print sales are final. If you are not fully satisfied with your artwork, please reach out—we’re happy to assist in any way we can.
