We are lucky to work with companies who are sustainable and ethical, promoting vegan products! Here is a list of who we love and use. We believe we need to do better to help ensure our planet becomes a healthy and happy home for every being. Small changes to how we live our lives will have a huge overall impact. Make conscious choices, about what you eat and where you buy things from. Our owner Alice, mostly buys second hand or lives in family hand-me-downs but when she does buy new, it’s a conscious choice. Why two different bottle companies? Well did you know that 60 million plastic bottles end up in landfills and incinerators every day, yes EVERY DAY!! More than 8 million tons of plastic bottles in the sea each year and it is estimated that in the year 2050 there will be more plastic than fish in the sea. We have picked these two companies as they bring something different to the table. Moon bottles are both ready for cold or warm, keeping your water cold for 24hrs and your coffee hot for 12hrs. One Green Bottle offer many different types of bottles to fit your needs. I love both these companies, keep an eye out for my full review on their bottles.

Did you know tampons, pads and panty liners (along with their packaging and individual wrapping) generate more than 200,000 tonnes of waste per year? A plastic industrially manufactured disposable sanitary pad requires about 500–800 years to decompose. It’s also hazardous with toxic chemicals leaching into the soil. Most of the chemicals from these pads that reach the soil can cause groundwater pollution and loss of soil fertility.
